BALTÍKE X YALE

Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut

Opia and members of Yale Whiffenpoofs remixed music by Baltic artists - including Jurgis Did, Andrius Mamontovas, Rasa Serra, among others.

The second floor featured an interactive art gallery with pieces by paintings by Mykole Jenciene and photography by Andrius Mamontovas.

BALTÍKE X NYC

New York City in partnership with the Kosciuszko Foundation

Julian Darius Revie premiered piano pieces written specially for BALTÍKE, incorporating traditional Lithuanian motifs. Revie is an Australian Lithuanian composer whose compositions have been performed for Pope Francis.

The president of the Kosciuszko Foundation, Dr. John Micgiel, led a tour of the foundation’s newly renovated artwork with Christie’s.
